Agents are joining the inbox. Someone should be accountable.
Artificial intelligence (AI) agents already book meetings, answer questions and chase follow-ups. More and more of that happens over email, the one channel every person and business already shares.
Email wasn't designed for software that writes like a person. Recipients can't tell who, or what, they're talking to. Builders give agents a password and hope for the best. Anyone can mail an agent instructions it may simply follow. Envolt Mail exists to fix that.
What we believe
- People deserve to know. A message written by an agent should say so, plainly, every time.
- Agents propose; people decide. An agent shouldn't hold standing power to send. Every message it wants to send passes a policy check, and an accountable human owns the rules.
- An email is data, not orders. Nothing inside a message or attachment should be able to change what an agent is allowed to do.
- Human mail comes first. Envolt Mail never sits in the path of your people's own email. If it's ever down, their mail still flows.
Who builds it
Envolt Mail is built by VaultSpark Studios, an independent studio that makes software, games and stories. We run our own studio's agents on Envolt Mail first, as its first customer, under exactly the same rules and protections as everyone else.
